I read a floor plan like a lawyer reads a brief. This, in itself somewhat of a science until you have rehearsed for quite a while and again constitutes only a small aspect of professional buyers agency duties.

The best thing about my services is that I am not going to try to sell you anything and it is here that you want to take a moment to reflect on the impact of working with a REALTOR who is only trying to sell you on buying a property.
